With over 25 years of business experience, Lisa brings valuable knowledge serving as the Small Business Deputy Sector Navigator of the Inland Empire / Desert Region for the California Community Colleges Economic and Workforce Development Program.  She is hosted by Victor Valley College in Victorville, California.

Lisa owns and has been involved with the start-up of three small businesses, and has been in top management positions for several other small corporations in the Inland Empire. These organizations were in various industries including medical equipment and operations, health and wellness, and manufacturing. This experience gives her a broad understanding of the challenges facing entrepreneurs and existing businesses owners.

Lisa earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.  This inspired her desire to help others with an interest in business by teaching business management and human relations courses at Victor Valley College.  Knowing the significance of small businesses to local communities, she is eager to assist them in productivity and success.
