Joseph Molina is currently serving as the Program Director for the San Diego and Imperial Valley Business and Entrepreneurship Sector, a program funded by the State of California's Chancellor's Office under the Doing What Matters Program.

Mr. Molina has served as a business consultant for over 12 years with extensive experience in business management. He is also an adjunct faculty at MiraCosta College, CSUSM Extended Studies and Cal Poly University. He is also the point of contact for all Veteran Programs in the region currently serving the community colleges.

As the Regional Director for Small Business and Entrepreneurship in the San Diego region, he collaborates with organizations that have a regional footprint providing coordinating events and training to facilitate access to available resources and connect industry and education for the purpose of increasing jobs in the region. Mr. Molina also works with High School districts in the design and implementation of entrepreneurial projects like business plan competitions, pitch it events and the Agribusiness program.
