Judy Fox Named Business and Entrepreneurship DSN for Los Angeles County

As Deputy Sector Navigator for Business and Entrepreneurship for Los Angeles County, Judy Fox helps industry connect with education to build a stronger workforce for the state of California while increasing opportunities for employment, as well as career and income advancement.

Before becoming DSN, Fox spent 17 years at Northwood University, which is based in Michigan and has a program center on the campus of Cerritos Community College. While there, she worked with more than 150 students and developed pathway programs targeting high school students, adult learners, and industry professionals.

She also served as the Director of Advertising & Marketing for Northwood University Global, where she managed a $3 million budget and lead a team of 16 professionals.

Before her roles at NU, Fox was the Global Director of Communications for GCRH, Inc., an entrepreneurial venture which created new technology solutions for the regulated compliance industries.

She serves on the board of directors for High & Tight, a revolutionary new technology designed to eliminate fumbling in football games. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, engaging in the arts, fitness activities, and spending time with her 19-year-old daughter, McKenzie.
